We understand you may be anxious, probably a little scared, and full of questions. So let us guide you through the process and answer some of these questions for you!

Custom Commissions can be for many different things, not just Anime and Game characters, but even for items your own design!

1) Filling out the Form
  • You can start by filling out one of our Custom Commission forms Here
  • Accurate measurements are important! You don’t want them too tight. Always remember, a little bigger is better than a little too small!
  • Additional measurements are always welcome. For example: if your costume has a high turtleneck, tell us your neck perimeter so we can make sure that the collar will be comfortable!
  • We always suggest placing the order 1-2 months prior to the actual convention or event date (3-6 months for armor sets)!

2) Quote
  • Within 2 business days you will receive a email from us, with a quote on your costume (or costume set). Please note that sometimes if the costume is complicated (such as armor pieces) it might take longer to deliver the quote. We always want to make sure it’s an accurate quote, not just an estimate!
  • Once you receive the quote, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask! We are here for you and to help you make your dream costume!

3) Start!

  • If you decide to start commission with us, we will ask you to place a 30-50% deposit (might be higher for specific costumes!). This will be done through PayPal and you will receive an invoice from us.
  • You will receive weekly text updates on the costume (with the exception for armor sets, you will receive picture updates for those).
  • When your costume is finished, you will receive pictures of the costume. That’s when you let us know if there’s anything you would like to change. While most changes are free of charge, some might cost extra (additional accessories, etc.).
  • Once you are happy with the costume, we will send you the invoice for the remainder payment and shipping & handling.
  • Once payment is confirmed, your costume will be on its way to you!
