Custom Commission Guide
Getting A Quote

Quotes are free with absolutely no obligations. Simply fill out one of our Custom Commission forms and our staff will get back to you with a quote within 2-3 business days during our regular schedule.

Reference Images
  • Good reference images will ensure an accurate quote, and most importantly, will ensure your costume has all the details you are looking for. Good reference images should have 3 shots: front, back and side. Of course, if there are any accessories or details (such as patterns), a close up/zoom in will also help tremendously.
  • It is very important that you label the images so we know what we are looking for in the image. And please remember, it is important you provide images from the same category/series. If you have to mix up the images with original art and cosplayer images because there isn't enough, that's OK, but you must specify which one we should be using as the default image, and which are just for additional reference.

Here is an example of what kind of reference images you should provide:

Shoulder Armor Details

Specifications & Details
  • It is important you specify the following in your quote and in your order:
    • Specific pieces you will need a quote on / would like to order
ex: Shoulder Armor / Top / Bottom / Arm Armor
    • The level of detail you are looking for:
This is mainly for armor related orders. There are normally two different levels of detail orientation available, and the price range is obvious. It is important you tell us specifically which level you are looking for, so we can give you a accurate quote.
**Please read below for additional information on the detail orientation for Armors and Props.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW: [This is also in our Terms & Agreement]

We care about your order, but we also care about our other customers. Therefore, we ask of you to make sure all your requests/modifications needed/specifications for the costume are listed out clearly in the document along with your measurements. Anything not mentioned, means you leave the decision to our tailors/seamstress/makers. We will follow the default reference image you specified as closely as we can, but we will NOT BE obligated to make further changes/adjustments for you based on your likes and dislikes of the final product.

We are ONLY OBLIGATED to make changes for you if:
  • It is different than what you requested for in the form
  • It is different than the default reference image you specified
  • If you have a specific preference on the fabrics that you would like to use for your costume, you can always add that into the additional note section on the Quote form. Please be aware, not everything you request for may be available. For example: heavy leather may not be available during mid-summer. We will try our best to offer you similar alternatives to choose from. :)
A good example of how to list out the specifications & details would be:

[Again, using the Final Fantasy 11 Dancer costume as a example]

Pieces I would Need:

Top // Knee Length Pants // Shoulder Armor x2 // Arm Bands x2 // Calf Bands x2 // Heart Buckle x1

Specifications:

  • I would like the economical solution for the armors involved in this costume set.
  • I would like the Heart Buckle for the waist to be pin-style, so I can move it wherever it best fits.
  • I would like the arm bands to be made out of artificial leather material, and a bit stretchable if possible.

  • Quote is given in the format below, in chart style, with every piece quoted separately. You may adjust the total, by taking out the pieces you may not need.
