Products

We have and will continue to make our best effort to display our products as accurately as possible. We have made every effort to display the true color of the products you see in the WebSite. However, as actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and resolution. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Unless specified otherwise, our Cosplay products are normally made when order is received. A estimated work time is listed in every product's product description.

• 1 - You agree that you will read all related guides, polices and our FAQ on the WebSite and understand the terms and what you can expect prior to making a purchase.
• 2 - You agree to our Return, Exchange and Reimbursement policy.
• 3 - CarrotAnime is not responsible for any incidents that may cause a delay of your package due to any unforseen circumstances or carrier's fault.
• 4 - You agree that it's your responsibility for providing all information regarding your order in a accurate and timely manner. This includes but not limited to, accurate and up-to-date measurements, clear specification/modification list.
• 5 - CarrotAnime is not responsibile for any Customs tax or related additional fees.
• 6 - Any purchase made by anyone younger than the age of 16, a parental consent form must be filled and signed.
• 7 - You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to contact our Support if you have any question regarding the product of interest prior to going through with a order.
• 8 - You agree that you understand, when a package is handed over to the carrier of choice, CarrotAnime no longer have control or responsibility over the package. This includes any possible delays due to flight cancellation or lost packages due to carrier.
• 9 - You understand and agree that payment must be cleared before your product is ship or begun. CarrotAnime will not be held responsible if your order status is delay if payment were slow.
• 10 - You agree and understand that all Return/Exchange & Reimbursement cases are judge on a case-by-case base. You must provide all the information asked for accurately, and return the package in the received condition.
