Where is it shipped from? All of our products are ship from various factories located in China. Please be aware that there is NO overnight shipping available and that there is a customs clearance time. Declared Value? We declare most packages as gifts and under $50-$100 value for your convenience, however, Armors are an exception. We do not charge local tax, but the customer is responsible for any customs taxes. Shipping Methods We charge one universal shipping and handling price for all countries/cities. We have 4 different shipping methods available for you to choose from, each with their own advantages and disadvantages in price range and transit time. Please refer to the table below for you to compare the methods we offer. Responsibility / Possible Delays Always keep in mind that once the package is handed over to the carrier (shipper), we are no longer responsible for the package nor do we have any control over the delivery. There are always possible delays due to weather, flight cancellations and possible customs delays. These delays are out of our hands, but we will always do our best to help you have the situation solved as soon as we possibly can. It is your responsibility to cooperate with the shipper and local customs office to make sure you receive the package in a timely manner. However, if you choose not to cooperate (refuse to pay for custom tax or refuse to call for a re-schedule delivery when they miss you) and the package is returned, we will not be responsible for these cases. A refund (minus the shipping and handling charge and with a 15% restocking fee) or a re-shipping will be arranged for you once we received the returned package. Processing Time / Custom Clearance All packages going out of China, first lands in either Shenzhen or HongKong so please give your package a 2-3 days inland traveling time. This cost is covered by us. Armor and larger sized parcel may take up to 6 days for inland traveling. Once the package arrives in Shenzhen or Hongkong, there is a 2 day customs clearance and carrier processing time. (Scanning the package, giving it customs clearance, etc) before your package boards the plane. Normally with a DHL Express it takes 2-3 days and custom clearance is done within 24 hours. Ship to Hotel We can also help you arrange to have the package shipped directly to the hotel you will be staying for whichever event you may be attending. You will need to contact the hotel you will be staying to let them know they will be expecting a package under your name ahead of time. If for any reason, you miss the package and have to have the hotel re-direct it to another destination, we will not be responsible for the additional cost. Pick Up Pickup is also available for UPS and UPS only, you can arrange to have the package dropped off at a specific UPS store location and go in and pick up the package personally. Please bear in mind that, changing the destination of a package when the package is already in transit is POSSIBLE but NOT GUARANTEED. Additionally, depending on the choice of the shipper the package may also experience a 24-48 hour delay due to a sudden address change. Wrong Address In the cases of wrong address, we urge you to contact us immediately when you notice the mistake. Normally a change can be made within 24 hours of submitting the package to the shipper. Any time after that we cannot guarantee that the changes can be made. Normally the package would be returned to the shipper within 7-14 days if nobody claims the package. Then the package will be arranged to be returned to the shipper (us) through the SLOWEST possible shipping method. In these cases, you will be contacted as soon as we receive the package back in our hands. And choices, such as refund/re-ship will be given to you then. Problems with Shipper Lost packages and forgotten packages are a possibility. There is always a chance that the shippers themselves could get careless and make a mistake. In these cases, we urge you to contact our support immediately, or reply directly to the contact Email that guided you through the ordering process. We will help you find a immediate solution to what ever the problem may be. Canadian Customers Sometimes Canadian customers are charged with additional customs fees. Please be aware of this, and possibly check with your local customs office ahead of time before placing an order. We can work with you on the declared value if needed. :) Others There can always be unexpected circumstances, such as weather or unforeseen events. We will always do our best to bring you the service you deserve. But in cases of any special circumstances, we ask our customers to be patient and work with us as we will work with you and find the best solution for you in the shortest time possible.
Comparison Guide** Prices below are a rough estimate. Actual prices may be different depending on your product
and destination country. Overnight Shipping:This is NOT AVAILABLE for International Parcels. Overnight shipping is only available for documents or letters which do not require customs clearance. Whereas, all parcels require customs clearance. RecommendationsNormal Intl Priority is usually what's quoted for your order. In normal conditions a package could be delivered within 3-6 days. Generally, this is the recommended method. It may take a little longer but it's safer, and the most affordable option as well. DHL Express is what we recommend for Express shipping. In some cases, we have heard of UPS charging additional fees (Label as Brokeage fees). DHL generally, in our experience is a little faster than UPS also. There is NO CHOICE with larger and heavier parcels. EMS is the ONLY service that does not charge by dimension of the package, which is why it's less expensive. UPS/DHL is good for certain packages: if it is not too heavy or over their standard dimensions. You are more than welcome to check with them ahead of time before choosing your choice of carrier. :)
