 top isn't, so accurate measurement is very important.

 sewn together.
 4- You can also choose to have the skirt made out of one solid
 black layer of cotton then muslin layers outside.
 5- The back ribbon is a separate piece and not sewn onto the waist
 of the skirt, you will have to tie it yourself.
